TellMeAboutIt's VMK news! Issue 4

Some of you might want to know how to pass task 16 on the new Blackheart quest (otherwise know as the “pirate task”). Here is a little guide for this task:

Pre-Playing-

Gather 8 players who will continuously play with you once all eight people are done. Choose wisely as some players may drop out after they complete it. With that said, start a game with 4 against 4.

Have the player that is winning on Port Royal and the “main shooter” on the Pirates side. The “main shooter” should have the biggest shooting ship (Wicked Wench).

Reminder- NOBODY is shooting but the main shooter and the player who will win.

Round 1-

1. The player that will win will kill everyone on the Pirate side but the “main shooter”.
2. The “main shooter” will shoot everyone on royal but the player who is going to win.
3. Now you should have the “main shooter” and the player who will win left.
4. Have the two players that are left get health if they need it.
5. Now the player who will win needs to get Gold Cannon Balls, and have them as the next shot. (gold will get you more points)
6. Have the player who will win and the shooter line right up next to each other.
7. Quickly, before the kraken comes up, the player who will win uses the full shot of Gold Cannon Balls on the shooter and should end up with 200+ points. (this will kill the shooter)

Round 2-

1. Since Port Royal won the last round you will need to choose two Pirates that will not be shoot until later. (the shooter and another pirate player)
2. Now have the shooter shoot everyone on Port Royal but the player that will win.
3. Then have the player that will win shoot everyone on pirates BUT the shooter and the other player that was selected in Round 2, Step 1.
4. Now there should be 3 ships left. 1 Port Royal (the winning player) & 2 Pirates (the shooter and the other selected player)
5. Now have the player that will win take a full shoot on the “main shooter”. (killing the main shooter and getting all of their points)(you do not need gold for this)
6. Now have the player that will win sit in one spot and die by the Kraken. (this player will keep half of their points)
7. Have the other selected player (on pirates) moving around until the round ends.

Round 3-

1. The player that will win will kill everyone on the Pirate side but the “main shooter”.
2. The “main shooter” will shoot everyone on royal but the player who is going to win.
3. Now you should have the “main shooter” and the player who will win left.
4. Have the two players that are left get health if they need it.
5. Now the player who will win needs to get Gold Cannon Balls, and have them as the next shot. (gold will get you more points)
6. Have the player who will win and the shooter line right up next to each other.

The Math-

Round 1: 200+
Round 3: 200+
Round 2: 50+
Winning: 100

Totals: 550

The + on round one, two, and three means you should hopefully get more then 75 between all of the rounds.

Using this method, the highest yesterday was 830 points.

You could get this by getting on the high score list before Pirate’s of the Caribbean game changed. Or by completing the Haunted Mansion Insider Tour.

Lightning Magic

This magic is brand new. You could see a card for it in VMK’s Trading Card Game.

Treasure Detector Magic

This is the full-use. Only VMK Staff and players who have completed the quest have it.
